Monday May 21, 2012 - Both Yoga Classes Cancelled (10:15 a.m. and 7:15 p.m.)
Cardio Classes still on the schedule!!!
I will be out of the office next week - but no worries - I have substitutes!!! I'm off to Costa Rica to learn lots of cool stuff, study the environment there and take some good yoga classes, Costa Rican Style! I promise to share all that I've learned! It's good to mix it up a little. So please come to class, welcome our subs and experience what they have to offer! Who knows - you may like their classes even better! Again, only the Monday, May 21, 2012 YOGA classes will have to be cancelled.
To make things easier for the subs, PLEASE sign in on the clip board before class!!

KRISTIN: As busy as she is with three kids, working as an RN in OB and opening her new cloth diapering service - westsidegreenbaby.com - Kristin (and Ralph and Ellie) will happily lead next Wednesday morning (5/16). Ask her to sing for you--you will be entertained--laughing is the preferred favorite ab work out; MASTER NORTON takes that evening--if you've never had the opportunity to try one of Master Norton's cardio classes, you are in for a treat!
ASHLEY: For the rest of the week you can give Ashley's class a try! She's been a consistent kick boxer for years, has fabulous round house kicks and is now an ER RN and is studying personal training!!! Mon. 5/14 - I WILL STILL BE HERE!!!! NO CHANGES

Our Yoga classes are designed for everyone. Our goal is to bring relief from daily stress. We can even come to your house for private one on one classes.

The Spartacus Workout, touted by Women’s Health and Men’s Health magazines is a high-intensity circuit designed to torch fat, define your chest, abs, and arms, legs and butt.
