Close your eyes.
Now, imagine complete silence.
No one shuffling around from place to place.
No one talking to each other.
There are no sounds of laughter or even music.
Sad to think about isn’t it?
For me, sound brings the world around me to life.
Naturally, there are times during the day when I yearn for my yoga classes because they do provide much needed silence in this world of non-stop chaos.
But, there are other times when I just want to get up and MOVE.
And I don’t mean tossing another load of laundry into the machine, or mowing the lawn.
I mean, letting it all go without a care in the world.
In other words, DANCE IT OUT while music vibrates through the speakers.
The best part about dancing is that you can do it in the privacy of your own home, but if you prefer a crowd, why not try Dance2Fit or Zumba at LaGrange Yoga?
Think everyone will watch you and judge you on your dance moves?
