LaGrange Yoga and Fitness was established in 2011 after Jeannette Benjamin finished her first 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program. She did a second 300 hour training in 2019. Adding Yoga to her teaching line up of Cardio Kick Boxing and Taekwondo was a natural progression. Since that time, LaGrange Yoga and Fitness has evolved and expanded as a co-op of instructors offering many different classes. We are proud to say we have some of the best instructors in Northeast Ohio! Our Yoga classes include All Level Hatha, Gentle, Restorative, Yin, and Meditation.
