LaGrange Yoga and Fitness was established in 2011 after Jeannette Benjamin finished a 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program. Adding Yoga to her teaching line up of Cardio Kick Boxing and Taekwondo was a natural progression. Since that time, LaGrange Yoga and Fitness has evolved and expanded as a co-op of instructors offering many different classes. We are proud to say we have some of the best instructors in Northeast Ohio! Our Yoga classes include All Level Hatha, Gentle, Vinyasa/Flow, Restorative, Yin, and Meditation.
