Have you ever wanted to try something out of your comfort zone? Well, this group of ladies did just that by participating in a Hula Hoop Make-and-Take Workshop at Leah’s farm! The best part? They can use their own hula hoop any time of the day they’d like and it’s a GREAT workout! And it doesn’t matter if your hips don’t swivel like “they used to” (ha) … it takes practice and once you get it, you get it! It’s really a fun workout!
