We know that October JUST ended, but we are so excited about the month of NOVEMBER at LaGrange Yoga & Fitness. This month, we are all about GIVING … GIVING our clients a chance to try other classes and maybe even a few of our special classes being offered this month such as RESTORATIVE YOGA or MEDITATION.

We are all Peace & Love at LaGrange Yoga, until we have to protect ourselves! Learn techniques to help you avoid becoming a victim and how to react if someone does mess with you.

Restorative Yoga with Julie

Learn to let go of your stress and find peace. These simple restorative postures are designed to allow one to find and feel support.
Meditation with Heather
Sunday, November 17th, 11am-12pm
Join Heather for an hour of guided meditation and healing. Heather can help you to help yourself.
Spin, Yin & Vin with Jeannette
Sunday, November 24th, 7-9pm
Been wanting to take one of our stationary bikes for a spin? Join us for 20 minutes of Spin, followed by 45 minutes of Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga takes the effort away, allowing one to access the deeper layers of fascia and connective tissue. All poses done on belly, back or bottom. After class join in for a beverage and some social time.
