As we enter the final week of February, I wasn’t sure where this week’s newsletter would take me. Life certainly hasn’t been the same – that is for certain. And while I may have returned to teaching a bit too soon after the 
sudden passing of my son, I gave it my all and made it through the week. Each class a little easier than the last. What came to me, during medidtation, was that by helping others, I will heal. And by Wednesday night, I actually BELIEVED that.
I have always said to my students, “I am here for you!”
But in reality, YOU have all been here for ME.
